This website is operated by YOGI Amsterdam. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to YOGI Amsterdam. YOGI Amsterdam offers this website, including all information, tools, and products available from this site, to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms", "Terms & Conditions"), including any additional terms and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation browsers, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

SECTION 1 – ONLINE STORE TERMS

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products (or any part thereof) at any time without notice.
We shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance.

SECTION 5 – PRODUCTS

Certain products may be available exclusively online. These may have limited quantities and are subject to our Return Policy.

We have made every effort to display product colors and images as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit quantities of any products offered. All product descriptions and prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, information, or other material purchased will meet your expectations, or that errors will be corrected.

SECTION 6 – ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you via the contact details provided at the time the order was placed.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made. You agree to promptly update your account information, including email address, payment details, and expiration dates, so we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

SECTION 7 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & RETURN POLICY

7.1 Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product without giving any reason.

7.2 How to Withdraw
To exercise this right, notify us within 14 days via info@yogiamsterdam.nl.

7.3 Effects of Withdrawal – Refunds
If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received for the returned product(s), including the standard delivery costs of the original shipment (excluding additional costs for premium shipping), no later than 14 days after your notification. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless agreed otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or proof of return.

7.4 Returns – Condition & Deadline
Products must be returned without undue delay and in any case within 14 days after withdrawal notification, in their original state and packaging. You may handle the product to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning as you would in a store. Excess use may lead to a deduction in value.

7.5 Costs of Return
Unless otherwise stated, the direct costs of return are your responsibility. If we provide a return label, the cost may be deducted from your refund.

7.6 Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Products not suitable for return for health protection/hygiene reasons and where the seal has been broken (e.g. yoga mats if sealed packaging is opened).
Custom-made or personalized items.

7.7 Exchanges
Exchanges can be made via the standard return process: return the product and place a new order.

7.8 Business Purchases (B2B)
For business customers, the statutory right of withdrawal may not apply. Contact us for more details.

SECTION 8 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY

8.1 Carriers & Delivery Times
We work with external carriers. Delivery times are indicative and dependent on their performance. We process orders as quickly as possible but delays by carriers are beyond our control.

8.2 Track & Trace
After dispatch, you will receive a track & trace link (if available).

8.3 Shipping Costs & Delivery Areas
Shipping costs and regions are displayed at checkout. Customs duties or import taxes for non-EU shipments are the responsibility of the recipient.

8.4 Address Information
You are responsible for providing accurate address details. Costs incurred due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be charged to you.

8.5 Transfer of Risk
The risk of damage or loss passes to you upon delivery at the provided address.

8.6 Failed Delivery
Missed deliveries or uncollected packages may be returned. In such cases, actual reshipping costs or, upon cancellation, the actual outbound shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.

SECTION 9 – WARRANTY & COMPLAINTS

9.1 Legal Warranty (Conformity)
Consumers are entitled to the statutory warranty: a product must perform as reasonably expected. If defective, contact us at info@yogiamsterdam.nl with your order number and photos.

9.2 Complaints Procedure
Complaints? Email us at info@yogiamsterdam.nl. We will respond with a substantive reply within 14 days.

SECTION 10 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content (images, logos, texts) on the site is owned by YOGI Amsterdam or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

SECTION 11 – LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount of the relevant order. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights.

SECTION 12 – FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for delays or failures resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).

SECTION 13 – GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
